Tara Rene Rincon

Tara Rene Rincon, 32 was born on February 17, 1991 to Shelley  Ewing and Tony Rincon. Tara passed from this life Saturday July 22, 2023 at UnityPoint Health-Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.

Tara grew up in Des Moines and graduated from Lincoln High School. She enjoyed volleyball, camping, music, nature and spending time with her family. Tara was passionate about life and always lived in the moment. She loved everyone and had a huge heart that was felt by everyone that knew her. Her beautiful smile and joyous laugh will be greatly missed.

Tara is survived by her two beautiful children; Niko Ramon Rincon and Liliana Cherie Rincon, mother, Shelley Ewing, father, Tony Rincon (Brenda Cosner), brother, Nicolas Antonio Rincon, grandmothers: Barbara Ewing Corso and Sheila Kay Rincon, grandfather, Jesse Hernandez Rincon, uncles; David Ewing, Jesse Rincon (Trudy), Jason Rincon, Nick Loiocomo (Anna), Tyler Anania, Tanna Anania and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 7, 2023 at St. Anthony Catholic Parish (15 Indianola Road, Des Moines, Iowa 50315).  A continued time of remembering will immediately follow at the American Legion Hispanic Post #731 (1511 South Union St., Des Moines, Iowa  50315).  Tara will be laid to rest at later date.
