Michael Gene Huddleson

Michael Gene Huddleson, 66, died on December 15, 2023 at UnityPoint Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.  He will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Michael was born August 15, 1957 to Robert Gene and Betty Lou (Darnell) Huddleson.  He lived in Des Moines most of his life and enjoyed working as a carpenter.

He is survived by his wife, Yvonne "Sis" Huddleson of Des Moines, Iowa; children; Jenn Huddleson, Brandon Huddleson, Braden (Kenzie) Huddleson, Brad (Meghan) Huddleson and his five grandchildren, one brother, Terry (Tammy) Huddleson, three nieces, a nephew and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Michael was an avid fisherman and hunter.  He loved playing bags, loved coaching his sons at baseball, and especially hanging out with his grand kids.
