Mary Lou Brewer

Mary Lou Brewer, age 92, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 11, 2022 at Experience Church (2559 E. Euclid Ave. Des Moines, IA  50317) with Pastor Charles Cole officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to services.  Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mary was born January 24, 1930 in Sioux City, IA.  She grew up in Sioux City and moved to Des Moines in the the late 70's.  She loved going to garage sales with her family! She was dedicated to her family's church and spent many hours cleaning the church with love.  Her family and grandchildren were her world.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her two sons; Louis Henry Anderson and Miron Leroy Anderson, brothers; Robert Johnson, Richard Johnson and sister, Charlene Bean.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Jack (MaryAnn) Eshelman, brother, Don (Karen) Johnson, sister, Joan, 8 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 11 great great grandchildren two daughters in law;.Nancy Anderson and Linda Anderson.
