Leilani was loved by all of us and my prayers are with your family during this very difficult time. She was truly a fighter and I know that she is resting in love.

I followed this young darling's journey through my cousin's Facebook page. I'm sorry you won't get to see her grow up, but I'm of the opinion that she put more living in her short life than most of us ever will our much longer ones! And she got to see how loved she was.

A beautiful service honoring your precious Leilani. My connection to Leilani has been through being on the prayer team throughout the days of her hospitalization awaiting a new heart, and the other health issues that came up. There were so many ups and downs, but she was a real trooper. You, as her parents taught her well. I can't imagine the vigilence over her these many months, while having 4 other little ones at home. I know the pain of losing a child, as I lost a 17 year old son back in 1971. I am looking forward to a reunion in Heaven with him, my husband and parents.God bless you and your family as you carry on with an empty chair at the table.

We are so sorry for your loss, but rejoicing for Leila's gain. I remember fondly how she mothered the boys when the teens were watching a movie at our house. She acted so mature and would roll her eyes when they did something like ask if we had a certain type of snack. ;)

I cannot express the sadness that I feel because of Leilani's passing, but also sheer excitement at the thought of picturing Leila jumping into Jesus' arms. Because knowing Leila, that is exactly what she did! I feel honored to have been among those who got to know her on her short stay on earth. I sure hope that I get the opportunity to see her again up in Heaven!

Leilani loved Jesus and now she is talking to him and is with her Aunt Linda where both are free of pain and heartaches. May God give strength and Grace to all those that are still here and loved her very much. In Jesus Name.

I never had the chance to meet this precious angel. I followed her testimony of faith through updates from her Aunt on Facebook. I am deeply sorry for your loss but at the same time, I am so uplifted by how this sweet girl faced such gigantic challenges! I appreciate you sharing her testimony throughout her battle. You will never know the number of lives that have been touched by Leilani and her love for Jesus. God bless you during this time of mourning and life celebration! I pray the God of all creation blesses you and gives you peace and comfort during this time.
