Debra Marie Hardy was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 11, 1960. She grew up in Evanston, Illinois, and later moved to Des Moines Iowa In 1993.
A private family graveside service was held at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Des Moines, Iowa.
She is survived by her brother, Paul Victor Hardy, sister, Charmaine Davis, husband, Ronald Rimmer, son, Darryl Fernando Hardy, daughter, Sharon Travinia Rimmer, son Ronald Wilson Rimmer Jr., daughter Marie Chantell Rimmer, son Pharaoh Rimmer, son Ptolemy Leviticus Rimmer, granddaughter, Jazmine Naomi Taylor, granddaughter, Myra Amiyah Taylor, grandson Isaiah Benjamin Taylor, granddaughter Staigiona Dudley, granddaughter, Destiny Brown, grandson, Jerico Hardy, grandson, Jalem Hardy, granddaughter, Keilah Hardy, and granddaughter, Akeelah Hardy.
Debra Hardy loved animals, fashion, dancing, and writing stories, and poems. She enjoyed comedy movies, and spending time with her family doing bible studies. She loved talking to her friends on facebook about the truths that she has learned from the holy bible, and she was consistent with observance of the sabbath day. Debra's a daughter of Zion and a true servant of the Most High God. Debra loved to shop, buy things for her grandkids, and children, and enjoyed life. She was always smiling, and joyful. Full of kindness, and love. She was generous to others, and such a wonderful woman. Our prayer for her is, she enters into the kingdom of heaven and dwell there for all of eternity. Amen.
