Michael David Reese, 63, of Waterloo, IA passed away at his home on Sunday, August 4, 2019. Following Mike’s wishes, cremation rites will be a accorded and no formal services are planned.

Mike was born March 13, 1956 to Damon and Shirley (Powell) Reese in Des Moines, IA. Mike was the oldest of four children and welcomed Jim, Dan and his sis, Cheryl. On October 24, 1976 Mike was united in marriage to Shelley Warland. He worked for Fareway for nearly 40 years. He was an avid NASCAR fan, enjoyed classic music from the 60’s and 70’s and liked to watch all kinds of sports.

Mike is survived by his wife, Shelley Reese of Waterloo, IA; son, Brian (Kim) Reese of Webster City, IA; daughter, Amanda (Brent) Lloyd of Mason City, IA; grandchildren; Carson and Addelyn Lloyd of Mason City, IA and Nathan Anderson of Webster City, IA; brothers: Jim (Carol) Reese of Overland Park, KS; Dan (Tina) Reese of West Des Moines, IA; sister, Cheryl (Brent) Ouellette of Ankeny, IA; and several nieces and nephews.

In death Mike rejoins his parents Damon and Shirley Reese.
